The effective applications of Casson fluid in drilling processes, biological treatments, food processing, and bio-engineering activities have caught the interest a wide range researchers. suitable knowledge heat transfer via non-Newtonian is essential for achievement best quality products industry. Thus, three-dimensional nanofluid flow over stretching sheet with Arrhenius activation energy exponential source effects investigated this paper using computational process based on iterative power series (IPS) method. To provide useful insights into physical dynamic examinations topic, convective mass boundary conditions are used. developed model nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) has been transformed ordinary (ODEs) similarity transformations. numerical solution ODEs obtained by employing IPS technique combined shooting iteration approach. results study validated previous studies, excellent agreements obtained. behavior various capable parameters analyzed. It observed that thermal concentration fields show an enhancement respect to parameter Biot numbers. Further, shown significant effect field.
